Q. Can I ship parts in the car?
A. Yes, items can be shipped in the boot of the vehicle free of charge. These items must be invoiced ( for customs clearance ) and boxed or there will be additional charges for unloading the parts from the vehicle so that MAF can complete their inspection.     

Q. Does the car have to be running?
A. No but there is additional cost for non-running vehicles as special loading equipment and transporters are required.

Q. When do I pay for the shipping, MAF and GST?
A. You will receive a single invoice from Owens International Freight which will cover all aspects of the movement, settlement is required prior to release of the vehicle.

Q. How can I pay Owens?
A. Payment can be made by: Company cheque, EFTPOS, Direct Credit, Visa or Mastercard. For credit card and EFTPOS transactions there is an additional 2% surcharge payable.

Q. Can the car be delivered to me?
A. Yes, simply provide a full destination address.

Q. Can you source the vehicle for me?
A. Yes, we have a vehicle locater in USA who we can put you in contact with.

Q. Can you act as a payment agent?
A. Yes we can.

Q. How can I be sure that the vehicle I am buying is the same one that I am seeing on the internet.
A. If you use Owens as payment agent, we can hold the funds until our representatives in the United States have inspected the vehicle.
