Technology
Owens International Freight operate 'Deliverance', our import and export freight management system which links our entire branch network, providing full visibility of consignments as they move through their transit lifecycle. This means customers can access real-time tracing information through our integrated tracing systems.
We will soon migrate to the next generation of import, export and customs clearance freight management system, EDI Enterprise. This will link all our international and national branch networks, providing full visibility and real time tracking of shipments as they move through their transit lifecycle. Full EDI links with all statutory authorities are provided to allow quick and efficient movement of documentation.
Airfreight
Owens International provides both import and export airfreight services globally. Owens maintains strong alliances with major airline partners to ensure capacity, frequency, cost, security requirements and time sensitive transit performance is maintained.

Seafreight
Owens International Freight provides a combination of both (LCL) Less than Container Load and (FCL) Full Container Load services. Owens has alliances with all of the major shipping lines, providing regular and customised sailing schedules, order tracking and status reports on a regular basis, collection and delivery of cargoes that allow for a variety of service options to meet your specific service promise.
Customs Clearance
Owens International has a dedicated team of 25 experienced customs brokers throughout Australasia. The team specialise in every area of the harmonised tariff. For example, we have established client databases to maintain client-specific tariffs which link to each customer's own parts number system. This ensures consistently accurate customs clearance. We also use the latest Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems to provide efficient and effective management of your customs documentation.
